Time To Be Bold is a companion website to www.oib-tac.org. The Older Individuals who are Blind Technical Assistance Center, OIB-TAC, supports the staff in state agencies and non-profit organizations that serve older individuals who are blind by helping them them improve service delivery and expand their knowledge of best practices.
OIB-TAC is a part of the National Research & Training Center on Blindness and Low Vision (NRTC) at Mississippi State University. This project is funded by a grant (#H177Z200001) from the Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) under the U.S. Department of Education.
